Jordan Hamilton
Position: Managing Director

Jordan joined the Brampton Valley Homes after working in various management positions for PLC and regional housebuilders for a number of years and previously serving within the armed forces. Coming from a trade background, Jordan is responsible for the delivery of our sites from a pre-construction stage to adoption with a team of project managers and site managers controlling the build from day to day on site. Jordan has been tasked with growing the business whilst ensuring Brampton Valley Homes are committed to the highest standards of quality and safety for our contractors and customers.
Jordan Doyle
Position: Contract Manager

Jordan joined Brampton Valley Homes to manage our prestigious development in Willingham, Cambridgeshire initially. Jordan began his construction career at the age of sixteen learning his trade as a groundworker before spending five years in the armed forces where he served on operations around the world. He has previously worked for a national developer where he managed various sites across the midlands, including an award-winning site at Corby before joining Brampton Valley Homes. Jordan is committed to achieving the highest quality and safety standards and has a desire to build our customers dream homes.
Tony Howe
Position: Site Manager
Started with the company: September 2022
Tony has a wealth of experience in supplier and site management, gained from working with multiple developers in various roles over the past few years. He initially joined the team to manage our highly anticipated development in Lavendon, Buckinghamshire and is dedicated to developing homes of the highest possible quality while maintaining rigorous safety standards.
Jas Bains
Position: Assistant Site Manager
Started with the company: May 2025
Jas joined Brampton Valley homes in 2025 and comes with a wealth of experience in many construction sectors. Jas qualified with a Degree in Building services and sustainability and has worked for Redrow, Vistry partnerships and campbell Buchanan homes previously.
Jonny Hall
Position: Site Manager
Started with the company: June 2025
Jonny joined BVH from a major PLC housebuilder. He started his career as an electrician for 7 years owning his own electrical contractor. He then joined Larragh homes and has also worked for BDW.
Bob Marsh-Gabb
Position: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Started with the company: March 2022
Bob joined the Brampton Valley Team in March 2022 having previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator for local housebuilders, predominantly involved with new build housing schemes. Bob has also had experience in other construction sectors from infrastructure stage through to project completion, enabling him to assist with the design process whilst maintaining relationships with our supply chain to ensure a quality outcome.
Shahbaz Ahmed
Position: Project Surveyor

Shahbaz joined Brampton Valley Homes in March 2021 coming from a PLC House Building background working in Commercial. He has gained valuable experience working for a few different housebuilders where he has brought his skillset over to Brampton Valley Homes. Shahbaz works closely with every single team member at Brampton Valley Homes to ensure the highest quality homes are built for the customer.
Natalie Goode
Position: Office & Customer Care Manager

Natalie has worked within the construction industry at a senior administrative and customer care level for a number of years, working within the PLC homebuilding sector, as well as with a smaller regional bespoke developer, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in new build customer care. Natalie is responsible for the smooth running of all office procedures and is also committed to ensuring that all Brampton Valley Homes customers receive the highest level of care throughout their sales and aftercare journey.
Terrie Wade
Position: Finance Administrator

Terrie has joined Brampton Valley Homes from Winvic and will be managing the day-to-day accounting operation. Terrie joins the business with a solid accounts background and has a wealth of financial knowledge within various sectors.
Jo Haynes
Position: Customer Care Co-ordinator

Jo has recently joined Brampton Valley Homes as a customer care co-ordinator, working both in the office and out on site to help and assist in all aspects.
Jo has a strong administrative background and has worked with-in the property industry for several years. She is looking forward to her new role and taking on a new challenge.
Welland Design and Build Ltd

Established in 2011, Welland meet the complex technical demands faced in delivering residential and commercial development. By providing a multi-disciplinary service and understanding our clients’ needs, enables us to take ownership of the design and technical process of development and guide them through to the construction phase.
