At the end of October, the team were delighted to successfully handover the keys to our 100th new build home. Our wonderful customers used Help to Buy to purchase their first ever dream home and everyone cannot wait to see how the house Is made a home.

We are overjoyed to see everyone move into our luxury new build homes, and we will not be stopping there.  The Brampton Valley Homes team are pushing forward full steam ahead with our November & December completions in anticipation of an amazing 2023.

Lavendon New Build Homes Update

October has been a busy month for our site team at our Furlong Heights new build development in Lavendon Buckinghamshire.

A majority of the preliminary groundwork has now been completed & we are delighted to announce that the first bricks have been laid on one of the plots so work can now really commence.

We cannot thank our amazing site manager enough for his dedication to the Brampton Valley vision and our wonderful Sales & Customer Care manager was on-site to celebrate the occasion.

Sales information for this development is scheduled to be released in January 2023 and we cannot wait to see how these homes come to life.
