With us waving goodbye to Westmere, our commercial team have been busy working on our planning application for the former Nene Milling site in Bozeat, Northamptonshire.

Following exceptionally constructive dialogue with the local authority, we were overjoyed to receive planning permission for the development late in 2023, and we are now working through pre-commencement conditions.

Preliminary works have since commenced, and we anticipate the first phase to be released for sale from Autumn 2024.
