Forest Heath, Waltham on the Wolds

It won’t be long before we will be welcoming prospective homeowners to Forest Heath – Brampton Valley Homes’ beautiful new development at Waltham-on-the-Wolds. This small village occupies an idyllic rural location in the heart of the stunning Vale of Belvoir.

Located approximately five miles north east of Melton Mowbray and 11 miles south west of Grantham, Forest Heath will offer its’ residents the charm of village life, coupled with easy access to all the modern offerings of the nearby market towns. The village itself, dating back to the year 1086, boasts amenities that include a medical practice, a village shop, two restaurant-pubs, a deli, a primary school and a spacious village hall that is at the heart of the community; hosting a busy timetable of events throughout the year. The village’s 13th Century Saint Mary Magdalene church is a well-loved local landmark. You will also be within easy reach of Rutland Water, with its array of outdoor recreation opportunities, and a short drive from Belvoir Castle. The cities of Leicester and Nottingham are within an hour’s drive.

Groundworks have now begun at Forest Heath, where just 45 new homes will be built in a selection of designs, with 3-, 4- or 5-bedroom properties available to suit a wide range of needs and budgets. Our show home and sales centre will be ready for viewing around Easter 2019, however if you can’t wait that long we are preparing to release Phase 1 of the development for sale in December 2018, with build completions anticipated from late Spring 2019.
