As a new build developer in rural locations, we like to get involved with the local communities and support them where we can. Waltham on the Wolds Village Hall is a charity and voluntary organisation providing classes, groups and venue hire to the community. Earlier this year, they informed us of their plans to resurface the car park but unfortunately, they did not have the funds required to undertake the work.

Brampton Valley Homes and our contractor NRi Civils came together with the Trustee’s of the Village Hall to ensure the car park was resurfaced this year as planned. We’ve received a few words from Waltham on the Wolds village hall:

Waltham Village Institute are delighted with the recent transformation of the car park at the Village Hall on Goadby Road, Waltham on the Wolds. The entrance to our Hall now gives us a safe tarmacked surface, excellent drainage and an attractive car park for our local community groups, wedding and party visitors. It will give us many years of service and has been possible through the collaboration between the Trustees, Brampton Valley Homes and their contractor NRI Civils. We are indebted to them for enabling us to complete this project in 2019. As a purely voluntary organisation and charity, we could not have completed this activity in time without their professional help and financial support.
