Huge congratulations to Neil and Julie who are now the proud owners of Plot 1- one of our lovely 2 bedroom bungalows at Forest Heath, Waltham on the Wolds.

The dream really did become reality for the happy couple who had always wanted a new build bungalow close to Melton, and now they can say they own one and a Brampton Valley home at that!

Our first impression was one of quality, both in build, finish and fixtures/fittings; having lived in our property for 3 weeks, we have had no cause to change this opinion.  The size, position and location of the plot was exactly what we were looking for.  Inevitably, with any new property, there have been some ‘snagging’ issues, which have been/are being dealt with most professionally.  We have found the Brampton Valley staff to be most helpful, polite and professional.  We would (and actually have!) recommended Brampton Valley Homes to other prospective home-buyers.  Thank you.
