The dream really did become reality for the happy couple who had always wanted a new build bungalow close to Melton, and now they can say they own one and a Brampton Valley home at that!
As a new build developer in rural locations, we like to get involved with the local communities and support them where we can. Waltham on the Wolds Village Hall is a charity and voluntary organisation providing classes, groups and venue hire to the community. Earlier this year, they informed us of their plans to resurface the car park but unfortunately, they did not have the funds required to undertake the work.

Another completion here at Forest Heath. The Lovely Caroline and Lewis moved into their beautiful new property this week; The Asprey on our Forest Heath development in Waltham on the Wolds.

On Sunday we attended Sharnford Fete which was a beautiful sunny day out in the community including plenty of games, fancy dress, a barbecue, ice cream and more!
We were honoured to open the new play area on Poors Meadow and thrilled to see so many children using and enjoying it. We made a substantial contribution towards funding new play equipment and accessible exercise equipment for all ages and abilities, so we hope this area will be utilised by the whole community!
Last Saturday we had a fabulous outing at Waltham on the Wolds Summer Village Fayre. With a variety of stalls and a dog show there was something for all to enjoy! We really loved getting involved, and a big well done to all of those who helped with the organisation, you did the village proud!
