Successful Spring for our housing developments

June and July have been a really busy time for the Brampton Valley Homes team. We have had a high volume of reservations and completions on our Westmere development in Willingham and significant progress is being made on our highly anticipated Furlong Heights development in Lavendon Buckinghamshire. Everyone is delighted to see the new owners move into their homes and we are looking forward to everything to come throughout the rest of the year.

2022 is expected to be the biggest and brightest year for us yet and we anticipate even more exciting times ahead for BVH.

Sales information for Lavendon will be available from January 2023. The Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme is set to close to new applications at 6pm on 31 October 2022 so this is the ideal opportunity to purchase the home of your dreams, phases 3 & 4 are now underway at Westmere, Willingham.

Our development, Furlong heights at Lavendon Buckinghamshire has gathered pace in the last few months. Brampton Valley Homes welcomed its groundwork contractor onto site in June and they have worked hard installing road, sewers and plot foundations. BVH will welcome Bricklayers to commence on site in September.

A mix of 2,3 and 4 bed properties will be available to reserve from January 2023 with first occupations expected in May 23 to the newest development with road name Jesse Green. A full price list will be issued to prospective customers in January 2023. We look forward to welcoming residents to our development and creating more communities.
